Senses Amazed

It took a little while
For them fates to come and play
Intuition muttered somethin
But what i couldnt say
Patience would pay in wonders
That fire wants to blaze

Going on a journey
Gonna do some canoeing
Leavin at first light
Gettin off the grid
So wild with no wifi
Im second guessing if ill survive
Every third thought
Somethin else i shoulda brought
Such an anxious mind
Turn back around
Hit up that last town
But the only thing i rememberd's a box of wine

Now we are back underway
With the day slippin away
Gotta make camp where i been before
So we paddle soo hard
She said, "my shoulders are sore"
Cmon girl! Gimme some more
Im feelin those cramps in my legs
But stubborness is at play
And im thinkin about pissin on the floor
Its hours past four
When we pull up on shore
And i cant even walk

Now im followin the path
Leading with my toes
Thankful for the contacts in my eyes
For i hear like a bat
And eating insects is fine
But oh those wondrous sights id miss being blind
And since i snuffed out them smokes
Which i did cause life was choked
Them tastes and smells blow my mind
And that touch
Whoa girl
Thats a power right there

But there is at least another sense
And its intuitive
And its vibrational
It can be musical
But its certainly interdimensional

In the moment you find the present from time

Grateful i am breathing
And for the mystery of how the day might unfold

And around each corner of the maze

The heights of bliss and depths of sorrow
I struggled with doubt
Was a championship bout
But i dont fear death nor life
