Weatherman

The grass is wet as the clouds roll by.
Its gonna rain so everyone went inside, but I'm gonna stay here.
My current state is searching for something I can't put my finger on.
And the weatherman, said that its gonna be a bad day.

The clouds are rolling in but I hear no thunderin from above.
All the rivers have run dry.
We need the rain so we can stop the commotion.
Cause when the rain comes everything will start to grow.
All the children's laughter will wipe away all my fears.
I see you crying, but this wont last for long.

Because, I know there will be a better tomorrow.
The sun will shine and dry away all of your sorrow.

Its about that time to have a new beginning.
Rehabilitate my mind because I feel it is thinning.
The elements circle up and prepare to fill my cup.
Are you ready to drink from it?
In a moment we will see what will be new life.

Because, I know there will be a better tomorrow.
The seeds will grow in my mind and on this earth.
Bringing it with a new rebirth.
I don't know how everything got this way.
But I know there will be a better tomorrow.
The sun will shine and dry away all of your sorrow.
