Come and enter softly
Lay your weapons on the floor
You won't have to fight me
I don't deny your presence anymore
Shards of glass around me
Each bottle cuts my brittle hands
To be alone in Babylon
And watch its soil turn to sand

All this time, I've tried to find what's going on here
Something in me wants to stay, but I don't belong here
But this question makes my body wander on
Will anyone miss me when I'm gone?

To think I used to wonder
If I should fear the place I'll go
But I haven't asked those questions
Ever since my children left their home
I can almost hear their voices
Along the pastures when I'm all alone
But then I look at all my choices
And wish I learned things many years ago

All this time, I've tried to find what's going on here
Something in me wants to stay, but I don't belong here
And this question makes my body wander on
Will anyone miss me when I'm gone?

And if you fear you weren't a good man
I'd be none if not for you
And if you fear you'll be forgotten
I guess I share the same fear too

You may be gone, but there's so much that you made here

In the eyes of every character you've drawn
