Losses

Losses
Lost in thought, loss of words
Lost so much, a win would be a blessing
Loss of enthusiasm, loss of hope
Loss of excitement, loss of joy
There's a burden in my heart, needs a loss of weight
Bitter experiences could sure use a memory loss
Waiting on the tables to turn, I observe a loss in anticipation
Trying to add up the victories and subtract the losses
A glint of the sun's beam reflects in my eye
The blinds are finally opening
I take a gulp of fresh air
Finally, a loss in the pessimism
A loss in the doubts, lost in the transition from good to great
A loss of fear could elevate me past my limits
A loss of limitations would draw me closer to my vision
Loss of distractions to enhance my focus
Can't lose the armory, the war ain't over
I lose my restraints
I was reaching for the stars now I juggle a few
Lost in these ink strokes
I lose myself
