Memories of Those Days

I feel a storm coming in the wind
The grass moves listening to a voice from the past
This is the place where I want to live
But I don't want to see when it dies

Walking along this timeless river
I asked our ancestors how to save our Earth
Reflected in the water I could see my face
It's time for all the humans to protect this place

We need you, my Mother Earth to go through darkest clouds
Though cold chains are raining down, wild spirits claim their freedom loud
When I'll see the Lesser Kestrel landing on these fields
I'll learn the secrets behind their bright wings
then fly away
back to the Memories of those days

Now they soar above my shoulders, and we walk together
Through their eyes I saw the midnight Sun will rise forever
If we start again to listen to the wind
Riding with the horses we will find the way home back to the Memories of those days.
Back to the Memories of those days
