Depression (Intro)

Depression is real
It is a feeling of intense sadness
And absolutely emptiness
It is often characterised by
Loss of appetite
A feeling of being alone
Even in the midst of company
You feel this burning restlessness
And you feel easily irritated
You will have trouble concentrating
You'll find yourself unable to sleep and
You will abuse sleep when you can Because it seems like the only escape
And you will find yourself thinking
Thinking about death

Depression is often arising
From a loss of control of our human feelings
Such as love, loss and guilt.
It can also be caused by external factors
Such as hate, bullying and too much
Pressure and expectations from family and society
If you have these feelings, you're one of us
But I want you to know something
I want you to know that you can get out if you want to
You have the strength to come out
But you're going to need the will
No just to just live again
But to live happily
You'll need the will power and the courage
And then someone you will need someone who understands you and what you are going through

I will help you process your pain
Depression, is just a phase
And we will get through it together
