I know that you're feeling low
But I just wanted to letchu know

I know that you're hurting
And you feel like nothing's working
And you be questioning "why me?"
"What did I do to deserve this suffering?"

When you give your tears over to Christ
He will trade your suffering for eternal life

I know that you been going through some things lately
Popping pills for pleasure even tho it's temporary
Now you see escapism as necessary
But you just burying your future cause the thought is scary

Scary to think about, so you try to drown it out
Cause the fear in you sees fire all around
But I'm here to tell you that's not what life is about
So God sent His son to show us another route

And I know that it's hard to believe it
The sun is rising, but you don't see it

Cause the fear in you makes you run away
From the one who offers us His amazing grace

But you just gotta let your walls down
Angels protect you all around

So let me introduce you to Jesus Christ

There's nothing that can stop His love
No matter what you have done
There's never been a need to run

For your life, He was a living sacrifice
So there's no need to feel like you're not worthy in His eyes
