I've been feeling kind of tired lately
There's always lots to do but maybe
Got all lost just thinking of you

Rolling miles right down the highway
Building up the courage just to say
I turn around it was just a memory too

I remember those last words said
"Don't you know where I might be going?"
Never thought that you and i wont see it through

To this day
I didn't know
I was caught in delusions of a so called life and all I now know it's not what it used to be
Though all is fair in love and war
It doesn't defeat the fact we're helpless and we're caught up in this weird reality

Time has been anything but kind here
And all those hours halted couldn't steer clear
Oh, the ways to consign to oblivion

I have always asked all the questions
Never had the intent to listen
Now I only ask is, "where did you go?"

Oh, you've been walking through desires
And all I could say is leave me now
Let's shake it up and throw down the hammer
Believe me now, believe me you have
Let me hold on for now, let me realize
