Twilight Zoned

I come from a place that's drug infested
Nasty apartments that's bug infested
Junkies all around it just ain't right
Users shooting up in plain sight
It used to be nice here but things changed
To be honest it just ain't the same Bing
Been here all of my life it's really gotten dangerous
Lost a lot of love ones felt a lot of anguish
Will it ever get better that's the burning question
I say no but in reality I'm just guessing
A city full of addiction and hard lessons
Dirty needles right where we walk
Watch where you stepping
I gotta keep it real gritty with ya
It's getting ugly so it's hard to paint a pretty picture
It's out of hand that's clear and known
It's the Twilight the Zone that's where I roam
The the place that I rest and I call home
I been locked in a cell I couldn't call home
Had guns in my face and I could of died
But I'm still alive always got me thinking why
Must mean I got a purpose here
And even with the odds against me I persevered
They tried to discourage me hoping I'd stop
But it's often the last key that opens the lock
I'm out the streets but my ears stay close to the block
You not fire I know who's posed to be hot
Still spitting not many that's potent as Chop
Hitting harder than ten bars of soap in a sock
Think not you out of line so plan to get to get dropped
I never run out of lines my ammo is stocked
In your video posing with your hands your glock
Stop fronting all your guns and your ammo is props
