Restrictive Inhabitance

Pleading for a new life
Abandoning what was once home
Desperate, reaching out their hands

Pushed out by war, poverty, famine
This was brought on by design

Diagnosed with terrorism the inevitable is an invasion
And they claim they're only there to help
Services don't come without personal gain
The only things ensured are suffering and pain
And in the end this war zone becomes their home

Pleading for their lives
Desperate and reaching out their hands
But they are turned away
This intrusion will end with their dismay

Hear their cries
Heinous actions justified
All because of greed

Forced to seek refuge in foreign lands
Self preservation is imminent
Escaping conditions baring misery
They've been left with no other choice

Then they're told where they can or cannot be
The division of these countries seems so arbitrary
When we are all inhabitants of the earth
Do we not all deserve life?
Freedom. Freedom. Freedom
Do we not all deserve life?
Happiness, happiness, happiness
