Isolation is the only thing for me
Everyone should separate by six or seven feet
Stay off of the beaches and stay out of the streets
Only go into the stores for things you really need

I understand temptation, it's easy to be bored
Try to be creative with activities indoors
There's puzzles in the cupboard and crayons in the drawer
You could paint a spaceship or build a little fort

You could start a sourdough or you could make kimchi
How-many-different-dishes can you cook with kidney beans
You could hold a meeting and zoom a little group
Supplement your exercise by curling cans of soup

You could view the movie you previously ignored
You could play the board game that you never have before
And if you need to to be there, they shouldn't have to ask
Sanitize your hands and you'd better bring a mask

If you know somebody who's breaking all the rules
Going out in public with a bunch of other fools
Tell them to be serious we can't afford to cheat
The sooner we can shut it down the sooner we'll be free!
