Following the Sunset

She just works for honest pay
She goes to work, 10 hours a day
And I love the woman that she constantly shows me

Pretty soon she'll be my wife
Everyday, I'll give my life
And I'm sure I'll tell her each and everyday

That the girl that tells me stories
The one that loves to go exploring
Is the same person that I dream of each day

Until I come home from my work
And I need an extra perk
She will tell me of her day
With a smile upon her face

About the funny times in her factory job
And the weird things she'd unbox
Or about the interactions
Of the kind elderly man
Who just smiled and said
No ma'am, I'm just following the sun set

Soon she'll work there no more
And we'll open a new door
But we'll walk through together
Be happy together
I'll tell her forever
I'm just following the sunset
