You always ask me if I'm ok and what's on my mind
I always tell you that I'm alright I'm just a little tired

I wrote this song as a guide for you with what goes on in my mind

I always think of my life and what I thought I'd never find
The pain that kept me awake now fades leaving me to unbind
The scars on my heart that were so deep have now gone to rest
Because of you there's a light in my life that never exist

Everyday was black and white
All I did was live and die
Everyday was sacrifice but nothing seemed to fit just right
Never thought I'd get this far
With living life with purpose now
The feeling of internal rest
