SunMoon

It gets a little sunny over on the west side
But further from the shore I'm loosing touch with the light
And if I stay too long I'll get lost in the waves
But if I'm always on the run I'll run out of things to say

It's a wound up town
Looking down from the moon
Rollin' in with the tide washing out into blue
And the land opens wide
And swallows my view
But at least it takes my mind off of you

I never missed the land till I was floating through space
But it's hard for me to stand it walking in place
So grab me a ticket to mars and
I'll keep mine in my drawer
Save it for sometime I start to get bored

It's a wound up town
Looking down into you
Rollin in with the tide washing out into blue
And the land opens wide
And swallows my view
But at least I'll always have the moon

It's a wound up town
I've got so much to do
Rollin in with the tide
Washing out into blue
And the land opens wide
So how am I supposed to choose
But if I can't have you
I guess I'll take the moon
