House Arrest

It started off when we were made god sent us to develop, not destroy but create
Now the lit in the bushes and forests
Has left a lot of the world hungry
Toss trash thinking the earth will take care
All I see is the world drowning, can't bear
It is really just the start
Income gaps are ripping us apart

We just wanna breathe
We just wanna see
We all can't be selfish and just do it all for"me"

Well they call It 2020
Just the year that we're all lonely
Unity and diversity is what's lacked
But were united, it's all of us, from white to black

When I look around I think that it's not good enough
We don't deserve this world
We think we're perfect oh its all a bluff
Covid 19 is a way to heal the world and get revenge
People deprived of rights, the African Americans

We just wanna breathe
We just wanna see
We all can't be selfish and just do it all for"me"

Well they call It 2020
Just the year that we're all lonely
Unity and diversity is what's lacked
But were united, it's all of us, from white to black

We've been here for centuries and decades
Our future generation shouldn't have to face the mess we made
Whether were rich-poor or from the LGBT
Let's not forget that all of us are still the same
Were all Human

It's all over, 2020
Just the year that we're all lonely
Unity and diversity is what's lacked
But were united, it's all of us, together we fly
