Pocket Tee

A 40 minute walk
On a Sunday evening
Not the worst thing in the world
Cigarettes in my front pocket
And one clenched in my lips
As the smoke begins to whirl

See I do believe it's the little things
That keep us spinning
Yeah I do believe it's the little things

I'm not much of a social mixer
I don't like to go out
But I'm told I'm a likeable guy
My wife, my kids, my work
We do what we can to make it work
All you can do is try

And I do believe it's the little things
That keep us spinning
Yeah I do believe it's the little things

See I do believe it's the little tings
That keep us spinning
Yeah I do believe it's the little things
That keep us spinning
And some days it's hard to keep things
From spinning
But I'm a firm believer in the little things
