Confessions

These are my confessions from the bottom
They don't know what it's like to struggle
I don't cry but when I do it's a puddle
But when the tears fall someone is in trouble
They used to hate me cause I don't like to say much
Got on the mic and now I like to take off
Hoes didn't like me cause I didn't play ball
I like to sit home and write poems, it just calmed my soul
Yeah it just calmed my soul, cause there's so much going on
I drink to make me numb, I drink to make me fun
I think too much bout love, yeah

These are my confessions from the bottom
They don't know what it's like to struggle
I don't cry but when I do it's a puddle
But when the tears fall someone is in trouble
They used to hate me cause I don't like to say much
Got on the mic and now I like to take off
Hoes didn't like me cause I didn't play ball
I like to sit home and write poems, it just calmed my soul

I know beggars can't be choosers, and I didn't choose this life I was born into it
My whole life been a movie, fuck an antidepressant light up a doobie yeah
But disrespect my family I'll bring out the Uzi
I got David, Timmy by my side that's all I'll ever need for my whole life
I got your back and I know you got mine, yeah
Sometimes I get real sad, lay in bed days at a time
But y'all help me shine, sometimes it's hard to smile cause it ain't that simple
Wish the world would be more gentle, it's hard to let you go but harder on my mental
Drove me crazy guess you thought it was a rental
And we're all fucked up but you're so judgmental

These are my confessions from the bottom
They don't know what it's like to struggle
I don't cry but when I do it's a puddle
But when the tears fall someone is in trouble
They used to hate me cause I don't like to say much
Got on the mic and now I like to take off
Hoes didn't like me cause I didn't play ball
I like to sit home and write poems, it just calmed my soul
Yeah it just calmed my soul, cause there's so much going on
