Poem For the Weary

Here's a place to rest your head
A feather bed
Sleep now, let your dreams confound
And be your salve
All alone, there will be doubts
Swirling all around

Here's a time to call your own
The space of a poem
Hear me now, let your thoughts surround
The words, the sound
All along, the scattered truths
Jumping out at you
