I Can't Go To Bed

You ever just cant to sleep and just be thinking all night.

All these thoughts in my head
sometimes you feel like
you cant move
you feel heavy like lead.
it can feel like
no matter what you do
you just can't get ahead.
it's hard sometimes
i wont be ignored
you heard what i said.
Sometimes your thoughts
will have you up all night
twisting and turning
you cant go to bed.
Sometimes you just lay there
its dark in the room but
I just stare.
anyone else feels like me?
Oh you too? you been there?
Laying there alone hearing the crickets
No one. NOWHERE.
You get thoughts like
no one cares.
i guess to be fair
you have your war
and they else has theirs.
sometimes I lay down hungry
unfed. I know im not the only one
who cant go to bed.
Sometimes your just mentally tired.
you just lay their at night
I just don't feel inspired.
I just don't know
I have no desire.
i mean i dont know about you
but sometimes i think i need to be rewired.
Its different each day. Most nights I don't
sleep I just lay. I wonder if the feeling ever
goes away.
The feeling of being alone and tired all the time.
They cant be the only way.
I wonder if anyone else
has anything to say.
Oh im lucky
i got four hours of sleep today.
Instant replay.
One thing i really dread.
and thats going to lay down.
i already know. my thoughts
will be spinning in my head.
