Vodka for Breakfast

I've tried to walk in the sea
Just to end up on the beach
I've tried to swim against the tide
Titanic waves envelop me

Sponges of happiness capture my soul
The devil steps on stage and enters his role
Summer has come, but check out the snow
Who cares what the future holds

Pain pain pain
Inside

Each time I close my eyes
My body screams for more
And when I tell you lies
My conscience locks the door

Sleepless nights with broken glass
A body fueled by rotten gas
As I spin my web of lies
I know it's time to pay the price

My veins start losing their wine
Cerebral fumes are hard to deny
A million eyes see that I'm not fine
They force me to take a dive

Pain hides
Inside

Each time I close my eyes
My body screams for more
And when I tell you lies
My conscience locks the door
