Well the thing had come from somewhere up in God-Knows outer space
And when it made it's way to main street and said it's name was Tyrant
That's when I knew it would screw my day

And the news had started breaking that the ruthless killer had escaped and was running Free
And there was something in the sewers that was fanged and ancient
And it needed meat to eat

But the Laddie was a comfort
In one hand was Justice and the other one carried Peace
And the Lady had a broadsword
And her tongue was truthful
And she smiled and waved at me

They said, "there's never need to panic"
They said, "we're gonna save the planet"

And I was singing out, "Galileo"
And, "if you say so"

And we had to stop that devil schemer
And the time was running out, no duh
As the city called out for it's healer
And the baddies begged for blood

But the Laddie had a top knot
And a Hawk companion
And a dog he taught to speak
And the Lady had a ball
She rubbed to tell the future
And she let me take a peek

And what I saw was
A fawn in the dawn of a brand new morning
Wave a white-flag tail as it jumped the trap
I thought, now that the predator's just a story
I bet I could climb on it's back

But I was standing so far away

And then the sky was falling
I heard the future calling
Was reaching out till something
