Quarantine Dream

I will live the dream in my quarantine
I don't have to go outside, no more workin' nine to five
I will watch the cars driving past my yard
They all look so small up here, where I'm safe from all I fear

Take a breath
Hold it in
Let it out
And begin again

You will stay with me our mornings start with tea
Or a cup of weak coffee- don't drink that milk it's spoilt, you see
Things will start off grand, you always hold my hand
But these days keep ticking by, you loose the twinkle in your eye

Take a breath
Hold it in
Let it out
And begin again

We all saw the dream for our quarantine
But we have to go outside and I cannot close my eyes
To that thing you said as we broke our bread
Now I'm worried that is you, and there's nothing I can do but

Take a breath
Hold it in
Let it out
And begin again

Begin again
Begin again
Begin again
Begin again
Begin again
Begin again
Begin again
