We were born a day apart
Wow
So much can change in 24 hours
I'll say
We don't really say much at all

When we mourn a half a moon
It just makes room for elephants to enter the room
You can't
Tell the two of us
Apart

But you said, "there's another one going down"
So I'll stand here a minute and then I'm out
You can say there's a reason, but I doubt

We both see that there's nothing else going on
And I'll stop and I'll find out, but then I'm gone
You can look for an answer but you'll be wrong
You stay, while things stay the same and
Never change

We take turns turning back
Wow
I gave you a heart attack
You're fine
But you can't spend time
Then earn it back
