Cambria

He met her on the cliffs by Cambria
The fog was thick but they fell in love
But time was wicked: soon it chase them off
And once the fog cleared she was gone
So, the boy walked through some old, abandoned street
Till he met a man who claimed he saw her leave
Said "Son know love like this will soon return
And you'll stand above the coast with her"

There's something on the cliffs by Cambria
That time can't reach an age can't ever learn
There's something in the wind in Cambria
You'll feel it when you'll hold her in your arms
And love in Cambria

The months went by still no letter came
But the boy could never move away
So, he asked that man about the empty street
How did he live through love and grief
"It's all them son, I once was young like you
I lost someone who couldn't love me too
But we grew up and met back on the coast
And love each day 'till we got gray and old"

There's something on the cliffs by Cambria
That time can't reach an age can't ever learn
There's something in the wind in Cambria
You'll feel it when you'll hold her in your arms
And love in Cambria

He waited on the cliffs by Cambria
And finally, through the fog he felt her arms
They danced the top the cliffs above the coast
And stayed in hand from time 'till they grow old
And love in Cambria
