When we're only 21 and it feels like we're completely different people
And I know that sometimes it just takes time to ease the pain

Looking at it now those were dreams that we'll never achieve
And I'm not sure what even pushed me to write this now that I'm thinking about it
I guess I just wonder if you wonder about us or even think about it
And I know that I'm not usually like this
I just feel like I'm stuck in a corner so I panic
I try to act I'm a happy person
Because depression is leaking
And on the inside I'm hurting
