Star Map

I can't imagine taking steps toward
A future I'd be satisfied living in
I wanted to speak up
But something tells me it would be better if I didn't

I was somewhere in between Indus and Cetus
Or start at Pisces and head Southeast
But everything I wanted to form
Broke into pieces that I can't clean

Alone at the bow of the ship
A short but dangerous dive in
A jump I'm always ready for
But cursed by constant hesitations

How do I start to save face?
When all I ever do is complain
Like throwing all those words out there
Will make all those problems disappear some day

Is that day gonna be the best one of my life?
What will I think about to go to sleep that night?
If not the remorse of my constant grievances about time
Or exhausting thereof, I'm exhausted and long for the oblivion
