Prototype

Put my heart in quarantine, to try and analyse
What it is that forces me to love the prototype,
Of the first devoted, leave in the night guy,
Put my head into a dream, to walk through the moves I make
To see what it is that forces me for a clear mistake
Oh a love-phobic, leave by the first light.
I did it over and over till you walked into my life

Oh things got better the moment I fell.
When I wasn't looking, it all stood still.
I know with these things you can't always tell
But I love you, and I think I always will.

Put my high security, and my satellites
from a high warning, to a standby.
And less I am controlling, the more that's going right.
Its like waiting for a meteor in the morning sky.
If I see it for a minute, oh it was worth the ride.

Oh there is no shortcut from pain,
maybe this is our lucky break.
But I'd do it all over again,
And at the risk of sounding awful cliché.

I love you, and I think I always will.
