Pictures In The Sky

Well she looks up at the sky from the boat
And she smiles
Never before has the sky meant so much
But her warmth quickly turns into wonder
Those old familiar stars
Each one like a family member
And then one by one
They form constellations before her eyes
And they take the shape of the hand of god
And they try to guide her home
But not yet

Displayed in the night

A million memories and she says

Finds something in the sky night or day

There's a dream before her
Too high to touch
And it's a kingdom she goes to
Where she grows up and she learns from pain
Cos there's no real love and the stories she makes well they're enough

Invents their own company
