Wait and See

Today I was gonna start to be a runner, get my life together
And get in shape, but I guess I'll wait
I'll just finish the last of this liquor
And run on over to the store
Well, not literally but you know what I mean

Well, I feel like I'm getting fat
But no one sees me so it's not that bad

I got a beer in a can and a smoke in my hand
I'm sure that I'll work out again if I can just get out of bed
There's got to be more to life than having kids and a wife
I know it's not for me I guess I'll have to wait and see

Today I thought a little more about me
About what kind of person I should be
And who I love
I don't like guys and I don't like girls
And I'm tired of pretending to the world
That I like anyone at all
Maybe the best thing for me
Is just to be who I want to be

I got a beer in a can and a smoke in my hand
I'm sure that I'll work out again if I can just get out of bed
There's got to be more to life than having kids and a wife
I know it's not for me I guess I'll have to wait and see

Well, they say that change comes from within
And we all know there's an "I" in win
I need to put an end to this sorrow
I think I'll probably start tomorrow
