PRAY FOR YOU

I woke up from my sleep this morning
And all I could see was your face
I was scared that your life was away
I didn't know how to feel
I didn't know what was real
I didn't know if you were okay
And so I prayed and prayed

That your life would be okay
That your family would get to see your face today
I know you're going through some things
Some things you feel you cannot change
But I've prayed for God's grace on you today

I know my friend your mind is getting tired
I know getting out of bed is hard
I know because I've been there before
No one to count on but the Lord
I pray that He gives you His strength
Like He does for me on my weakest days
I know you need His grace

And so I pray that today
Would be the day you'd be okay
That your family would see your face
I know you're going through some things
Some things you feel you cannot change
Got your mind going insane
But His grace will keep you safe

Feeling lost in the unknowing
No direction of where you're going
It feels like your walls are caving in
The less that you feel you're worth it
But I'm here to tell you
These are the things He's helped me through

And so I pray that today
Would be the day you would be okay
That your family would see your face
I know they know you're going through things
Some things
Some things you feel you cannot change
So I've prayed I've prayed
Said I've prayed I prayed
For your Grace for your grace
On today
Of all days
