Overthinking

Yeah, overthinking is my consequence of having too much confidence
Even on my best days it's obvious, cause
You'll rarely see me smile
And matter fact it's been a while since I
Had a good time, define good time
Is it going out witcha homies or just staying inside
A glass of wine witcha spouse or is you lonely like I am
Reclining on the couch while you rolling up God's plant, it's God's plan
Just be present in the moment
That's something that I struggle with, frankly I can't control it
Cause my mind's always thinking of ways I can move forward
Keep this and leave that, don't slip you'll finish last
Then I think about my past and all the things that hold me back
I swear it's like a never ending cycle
If this life's a contest, well I'm my biggest rival of course
I'm always striving for more, but it's exhausting
Trynna find a way out this maze that everyone's lost in, I

All the different routes I took in life and where's it leave me now

For, some sorta, explanation to clear this doubt
Cause I don't even know if Imma make it to my prime
The best bet I'll probably take my last breath at 29
Am I overthinking once again or is it just a sign
