Smile
Woke up today
Yesterday went to fast
Last night was a movie
Cant remember the cast
I turn the other way
To see you sleeping there
I gaze around the room
To see where I am
I'm greeted by your face
With the messy hair to match
I feel outta place
But you tell me to relax
So I nod to agree
You rise from your spot
She puts on a shirt
A revealing top
Walks right out the room
Leaving me to guess
I hop right out of bed
So I can get dress
I follow right behind
Feels like your guiding me
To a place
That I have never seen
I miss your smile
I miss your
Smile
With every morning breeze
Comes a new day
Another chance to live
Another thing to waste
She says all of this
As she hands me a cup
I slowly take a sip
She says to drink up
I should probably get going
She says why don't you stay
I'm not a stranger
No need to be afraid
As she standing there
Staring at me
She quickly pops a grin
Goes back to cooking
A smell fills the room
It reminds me home
And where there's good company
You will never feel alone
Time is passing by
I still don't understand
Shocked right out a daze
I get a call from a friend
I ignore the phone
She looks at me again
I flip her the bird
Now that I wouldn't recommended
I get up from the chair
So I can fix me a plate
Slide across the floor
Quickly met with pain
So where both at the table
There's a question I should ask
And before she answers
She says take a look at that
Hands me her phone
There's a picture on the back
With all of our friends
I let out a laugh
Yesterday went to fast
Last night was a movie
Cant remember the cast
