High Tones
Gray ashes, as if it there had been a war
But then a sweet perfume of jazmin and wood
Is Getting us drunk in this hopeless town
Can you Feel our feet firing up?
There, hide in the shadows of an eyelid, a shy look
Looking for the unknown.
All in all between all this chaos we are
A little oddity wouldn't feel so bad
We know is forbidden, but the souls scream to fight
The hearts just prepare to run a race
The skin is wet and the breath as fast
As the unmindful time
And there we are, trying to forget and hide
All the pain this will cause
Because we all know
In the search of freedom
Many bodies have fallen down
High tones of a song
Feel so warm now
For those who everytime are wating
In the bottom tones of the sadness cold
So we cannot avoid to hold up
To the little details of daily life
As if they were
A circus trapeze bar.
But then a sweet perfume of jazmin and wood
Is Getting us drunk in this hopeless town
Can you Feel our feet firing up?
There, hide in the shadows of an eyelid, a shy look
Looking for the unknown.
All in all between all this chaos we are
A little oddity wouldn't feel so bad
We know is forbidden, but the souls scream to fight
The hearts just prepare to run a race
The skin is wet and the breath as fast
As the unmindful time
And there we are, trying to forget and hide
All the pain this will cause
Because we all know
In the search of freedom
Many bodies have fallen down
High tones of a song
Feel so warm now
For those who everytime are wating
In the bottom tones of the sadness cold
So we cannot avoid to hold up
To the little details of daily life
As if they were
A circus trapeze bar.
