Take the 5th Don't Say Jack

No person shall be held to answer for a capital
Or otherwise infamous crime
Unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury
Except in cases arising in the land or naval forces
Or in the Militia
When in actual service in time of War or public danger

Nor shall any person be subject for the same offense
To be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb
Nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself
Nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property
Without due process of law
Nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation

In order to hold a person to answer for a capitol or other serious crime
A Grand Jury must be convened and evidence submitted for an indictment
If said person is currently fighting a war or similar
He or she must be recalled from Fighting
Before evidence can be presented to said Grand Jury

Nor can a person be held on trial over and over again
Until the person that lost the case last time likes the outcome

Anyone who compels a person to testify against himself
Is guilty of sedition against the United States of America
And is immediately ineligible to hold any public office
And may be subject to further fines
Imprisonment or both as prescribed by law and due process

Nor can any citizen be deprived of their life, freedom
Or their property without due process of law
Exemptions given to government officials against this due process
Are automatically given to the citizens
If they wish to prosecute the government officials of the United States as well

Nor can the government seize private property
Or possessions of any kind
Including intellectual property
For public use without
Compensation equal to the value of the item being seized
Determination of said value also being subject to due process
