Spin / XO

I'd been feeling pretty low but it had for that way for a while
So I wondered is this me now?
I'm still my biggest problem
It doesn't take much for me to spin

I can take five letters and ruin my day
It's been three years and I've still got three great ways to feel like a disappointment
-Wake up
-Breathe in
-Breathe out

And that's about it
I don't want to feel it again
Because I'm usually a glimpse away from reliving everything
