All bruised up, I've had enough
This back and forth is way too much

I have repeated
That I have conceded

What's got you believing
That I'm being deceiving

You're insecurities - are beyond me
I've played my part
Your heart was fragile from the start
Ego on infinity - it was unbeknownst to me
You could possibly- Be an enemy
Tryin' drain me of my energy
This relationship was fabricated off your greed

But it was meant to be

All the things that you showed me
I was truly meant to see

All the growth you summoned from me
I was meant to be

My biggest flaw after it all is
I invested into the person that you promised me you'd be
I guess you didn't promise that to me
I guess I wasn't worthy

But I refuse to take the fall for it all
When in reality it was something

You have no regard for me at all, at all

I wonder if you were in my shoes
Would you do half of what I've done for you
You've never considered my point of view
