Adventures II

Exploratory though tentative, I prefer cafes for the coffee they serve
Ambience killed the dormant slacker in me, you see
In America today the generation gap is still measured in feet and inches
But the last time I met the kitchen wall all my brothers were taller than me
So don't read too much into, it's too late, it's not my idea of credibility
I'm not hip enough for a drug addiction

Still, I can accommodate the solitary and hermetic, I remain accessible to those
Who trust in kind, won't committ to volume, the undiscovered cool
So don't read too much into, it's too late, it's not my idea of credibility
Agoraphobic & erotic; I remain (Unresponsive)

Haven't got the time for apathy, not into seperating 'life' from 'style'
Nor the image laden practise of disowning my middle class upbringing
So don't read too much into it's too late, it's not my idea of credibility
I'm not hip enough for a drug addiction
