So long
Back to roots I just write it cause I love it
Push myself to the limit then I try to rise above it
So often thinking it might amount to nothing
But who knows where it'll reach as I'm grasping at the summit
Plummet back to reality, or at-least what it seems to be
It seems to me, the seams are breached to see these things
No longer care if they notice me, I'm so at peace
Only look to please the peeps who drift away with beats
So deceived when I'm looking for a legacy
When I'm dead and gone these tracks will always live for me
Literally I mean that not figuratively
Emotions thru moments captured and you know it's me
Call it poetry I'm trying to script my life
If they feel it then they feel it if not - that's alright
See I never lived a lie and I'm prideful of that statement
Everything that's written facts you can trust it if I say it
Trying to learn some patience as I grow along this path
Never coming first but I know my work will last
And I know it cause real -y'all can feel my pain
I just try to vocalize if you feel the same
Over complicate my brain when I'm trying to find a way
Separate the art when they recognize my name
But to me it's all the same, and I hope I never change
It's the reason that I love it and it's never been in vain
Splatter soul on the track with my last breath
Trynna give em the answer but they ain't asked yet
So fast to rep those with open minds
Like an open book we write in sobering lines
Knowing that time flies by forever like we never realize
hourglass sands shifting like a desert
Put your stamp on it address it
Letters to be sent procrastinated but I'm ready to begin
Better late than never Anyway
Man I got so many things left to do
Yo It's up to you to choose only got a few things to lose
Not too many people in my crew
Circle tight But that's alright with me
Lone Wolf by nature finally free
Like white Rhinos Rare breed
On the brink of extinction Killin species with our weakness
Humanity's the real beast yeah That's what I feel
As I read the writing on the wall
Fighting for a cause that might be long gone
Too soon though Taking action now is crucial
Clock is ticking no time to move slow
Wish I had two clones We all live in one home
Gotta take care of it All of us; sisters and brothers
But first we must care for each other
It's like that you know
Push myself to the limit then I try to rise above it
So often thinking it might amount to nothing
But who knows where it'll reach as I'm grasping at the summit
Plummet back to reality, or at-least what it seems to be
