Anime?

But I didn't realize it was such a divisive thing
To say that you liked a show that was anime
I feel like
Is anime like the emo of fuckin'... cartoons?
Like I tweeted that I like this show called
One Punch Man... alright
And the fucking responses that I got
I got "Dude are you fuckin' drunk"
"Oh my god you're into anime"
And then other people were just like
"This is like the greatest day ever!"

I don't know it feels like it's like
A way to like... escape
Being able to play a video game or like
Watch anime is kinda like that for me
It's almost like uh
I can like forget about everything that's going on
And maybe even get like life lessons from
You know, anime

In a world where everybody is unique
Just like in real life
And being able to understand who I am
Through the lens of Midoriya
And watching that show is pretty dope so
And understanding that, you know
Who you are is what you should be

And I feel like that's what anime is
It's like an outlet of like different universes that
We're not really a part of
But we can see what's really going on in different worlds
Know what I mean?

By merging into one entity they obtained something terrifying
They did not simply add to one another
But multiplied exponentially
Becoming greater than the sum of their abilities
