We started off dreamers
Became overachievers
Ain't a damn thing we could aim over the beavers
Make it for the speaker switch tone like a pleaser
Take out all the folds in the crease like a sneaker and me
I been mixing way more then a creamer
Brain like a steamer bearing weight like a femur
Told me that's it worth it cause the grass is greener
And I hear the people say we got heat like a fever
I still think back to learning that material
Waking up late had to skip getting cereal
Sitting in them lectures trynna create texture
Pencil tapping as I'm moving to the gesture
Listening in class I was listening to classics
Got bad dreams of all my teams being average
Mr. Fantastic missed advance passings
Pissed his pants panic prince that ran manic
It's the grand stand gotta hit the grand static
