The Lake

Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces form the album of my life
Country roads a calling & moon lite starry nights
Up early on Saturday, Sit up in my bed
Grab a cup of Joe, then I'm out the door
And head out for the lake

Sunny Skies and fishing lines sound mighty
Fine and I'm in another world out on a boat
And sailing cross the sky
And I need a tow to come to shore, please
Cast a cord out on the water so pure
My oasis, please call me back once more

Portraits of summers past and memories of fall
Serene beauty all around me
I just bout have it all
Sitting in the Stern with a cold one in hand
And the Sun on my back
I take a look up, and feel the rush of
The wind blowing past

Sunny Skies and fishing lines sound mighty
Fine and I'm in another world out on a boat
And sailing cross the sky
And I need a tow to come to shore, please
Cast a cord out on the water so pure
My oasis, please call me back once more
