What You Believe In

Another day turned to another year
Of walking the same road since we got here
Through clouded skies to where the nights are clear
I hope they're slow to disappear
I step outside where I can see my breath
If I ran with these winds I'd surely catch my death
I find that sometimes saying more means less
But I know, its way more fun to guess

If we take a little time
Don't count mistakes, I've learned from mine
And as we walk along the wire, I hope you see

That I got a funny feeling 'bout what you believe in
And I want you to know, want you to see I've been healing

I think of all the things I've ever seen
With their colors and shapes surrounding everything
How would they change if I grew differently?
But I know, those answers aren't meant for me
But still I wonder, yes I still dream
Of places and people caught in between
What would they say if they could speak to me?
I hope they're not too blind to see

I got lost in space and time
And in the dark, I learned to fly
Got all caught up on how and why its supposed to be

'Cuz I got a funny feeling 'bout what you believe in
And I want you to know, want you to see I
I want you to know
I want you to know
I want you to see
I want you to know
I want you to know
I want you to see I've been healing
