Judas Sinned

When the Passover day came
Jesus said to his disciples
That one of them would betray him

Surely you don't mean me, said Judas to the Lord
But Jesus said the who has dipped his hand into the bowl will betray me

The Son of Man will go
As it is written about Him
But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man

Jesus prayed in Gethsemane
That this cup would be taken from Him
But not as He will, but as God the Father will

Then Judas arrived
With a crowd of swords and clubs
Then he just gave Jesus a kiss

When Jesus was arrested
The disciples left him and fled
Then Jesus was taken to the high priest

Jesus said to the priest
You will see the Son of Man
Coming on the clouds of heaven

Then the High Priest tore Jesus' clothes
Crying Blasphemy
Then was handed over to be crucified

Judas sinned against innocent blood
He went away and hung himself

Judas sinned
Judas sinned

Jesus hung
On that cross
King of the Jews
They called Him

Jesus died
For our sins
