Hero King

I walked across from a dying land
The air was filled with smoke
And even trees were being struck down
Destructive rains every now and then
Climates have changed the way we lived our lives
A dangerous thing

What about our souls? Where the hell do we go?
If time runs out should we worry too much?
I hope it's not the end
So maybe it's time to seek some help now
To the one and only savior of this land
The great hero-king

Lift your hands in the sky
And lie down to your knees
One day we'll be saved from the fire
By the great hero-king

Shall not be afraid
Stand strong on your feet
To the light, we will rise from the ashes

There's people starving across the land
And children begging for some supper
For their families at home
Corrupted men have ruled this place
They kill for money and it's something that will always prevail

But that's not the case from why we suffer
Cause' we never really act as one
We never really did
It will be alright, we're gonna be okay
As long as you believe in the power
Of our great hero-king
