Mr. Jackson
This the story
How I got arrested
Last Year
Niggas wanted to know why I was Craig Jackson
Well this the reason why
I remember the day May 21st 2020
I was at amazon working just tryna get me some money
Doing what I know best
And the homies rioting outside for the protests
Hard labor masked up all during COVID right
Shift 8 to 4 blood sweat all over night
Took my break about 12 am
Then my homie called me up
What the fuck I'mma say to him
I answered the call
I said what's good what you dawg
He said nothing
I'm just checking on my nigga that's all
Spoke for 15 minutes
Talking about the news
I said that's crazy my nigga but what the fuck is we gon do
He said hear me out and promise to let me finish
I said I gotta go to work you got 5 minutes
He said cool
I was thinking we can loot
Now dumb shit like this leads to a dispute
He said I think we can do bro
I said I don't know
I got nothing to lose if I don't go
He said true but think about the shit that you gain
A couple pairs of sneakers to sell so them pockets ain't the same
I said shit fuck it I guess it all makes sense
Even though my logical tension had came to my defense
He said worse come to worse we fail
We get the fuck out I'll never let my niggas go to jail
I said okay okay I'll scoop after the shift
He said don't forget I don't want to think you a bitch
I went back to work thinking about it for rest of the morning
Hoping I could catch a sign and I see it as a warning
But the coast seemed clear
So I carried on with the rest of my shift with no fear
The clock struck 4
Walked to my vehicle
I Opened car door
Took a deep breathe
Key in the ignition
Then I got a text
Nigga hit me up asking if I was ready yet
I texted em back and I said I'm on the way
That's the first Worst decision that I made the whole day
Went to the north side
And I got em from the crib
Went to center city then shit we did what we did
At the time I wish I had a rocket
But I'll Stab a nigga out with this dagger in my pocket
Hit a couple stores and I came back had luck
I said let's go home he said he ain't get much
I said bro what the fuck
Enough is enough
He said one more store fore the city get rough
So we went back straight to chestnut street
I'm bitching cause we done did it he fed up wit me
It started in the pavement
We ended in a basement
Little did I know this would sentence me to enslavement
We was at the bottom searching
Heard footsteps
Cops came downstairs
Shit I ain't get booked yet
Looked police in his eyes
Saw the violence crystal clear
Turned around so fast
But Brodie disappeared
So I hid in the tuck
But hiding could never save a nigga in handcuffs
Been 5 years since a nigga was in action
They asked for my name and I lied
And told them that I was Craig Jackson
Craig Jackson
In the flesh
