No Trees

We have come so far,
And wished upon a star,
To know more today,
What is on, the Milky Way.

So much technology,
So much biology,
But I still find it strange,
Under climate change,

The Earth is burning hot,
And with this virus S.A.R.S.,
The people work a lot,
For few to go to Mars...

Are we running away from our duties,
What we do together, can be bigger than the weather,
Will our futures drop, on such small subtleties,
'Coz maybe, on Mars there are no trees.

We are here to pray,
Wishing for a way,
Knowing more today,
Than we did, on that day.

With this technology,
And this biology,
Could we keep in range,
All the climate change,

The Earth would then cool down,
The virus disappear,
The people from my town,
Would stop from live in fear...

Are we running away from our duties,
What we do together, can be bigger than the weather,
Will our futures drop, on such small subtleties,
'Coz maybe, on Mars there are no trees.

Are we running away from our duties,
What we do together, can be bigger than the weather,
Did our futures drop, on such small subtleties,
'Coz maybe, on Mars there are no trees.

We have come so far, beyond any prediction,
Ignoring climate change, may bring us to extinction,
Let's join our hearts, and be more green,
For we all are one, with the Earth we live in...

Are we running away from our duties,
What we do together, can be bigger than the weather,
Will our futures drop, on such small subtleties,
'Coz maybe, on Mars there are no trees.

Are we running away from our duties,
What we do together, can be bigger than the weather,
Will our futures drop, on such small subtleties,
'Coz maybe, on Mars there are no trees.
