Funeral

If I had a funeral
For all of my flaws
They'd just come back to haunt me, and riddled with guilt
I'd never move on

I put my phone on airplane mode
Just to see who will text
What a delight to turn on my phone
And feel more alone

14 missed calls and painful empty promises
You told me you'd try and then you left my side
And now I have nowhere to go

If I had a funeral
For all of my doubts
I'd be nothing without them, and hopeless I'd feel
For I am not strong

What's over isn't over yet
It's not been declared
But you are a flood, and I cannot swim
So I'll climb the stairs

14 missed calls and painful empty promises
Saying it'd be fine and then you left my life
Now I have nowhere to go
