Down the Barge

Pulling up to the lights in the early night
As I'm on my home from work
Seeing groups of mates in all kinds of states
And a couple that start to flirt
Lovely little scenes as the lights go green
And the streets start flying by
The pubs are packed everyone's kicking back
Sipping on a beer or wine
Wipe my feet on the mat, back at the flat
As I hear the music play
They're already going, pre-drinks are flowing
Pouring the Tanqueray

Take the drinks and turn around
