This celebration I'm expressin' is about the Gospel
Alright, now listen to me, I was thuggish, unruly
And on a mission to be always out to get some booty
See I was deep in big sin, was filthier than Pig Pen
And on my way to hell, to get
Fried up more than some chicken
Sin has got me in prison, and that's when Jesus kicked in
He died for me on Calvary, so I could be forgiven
Now Jesus, He was perfect, and I did not deserve it
But dying in my place, somehow He thought I was worth it
And that's what really kills me, at the same time it thrills me
'Cause He refused to prosecute, though He knew I was guilty
He graced me and He saved me, tell me this love ain't crazy!
The penalty that I deserved, He took it to replace me!...
