Help My Unbelief

Father I come to You this morning
And I thank you for Your Word
I thank you for Your grace and mercy
That I don't deserve
I thank you for Your kindness
And the hope you've given me
I thank you for Your comfort and Your peace

But if I'm being honest
There are times that I feel weak
When the enemy advances and
I can only see defeat
When the raging storm surrounds me
And I see nothing but the sea
I fall to my knees, and pray
Lord help my unbelief

Lord I believe! Help my unbelief
On the mountain top I can see You so clearly
But it's hard to see You moving
In the darkness of this valley
Lord I believe
Please help my unbelief

Father I come to You this evening
And I thank you for Your light
I thank you for eliminating
The scales from my eyes
I thank you for Your goodness
And the hope You've given me
I thank you for Your comfort and Your peace

But if I'm being honest
There are times that I feel weak
When the enemy advances and
I can only see defeat
When the raging storm surrounds me
And I see nothing but the sea
I fall to my knees, and pray
Lord help my unbelief

Lord I believe! Help my unbelief
On the mountain top I can see You so clearly
But it's hard to see You moving
In the darkness of this valley
Lord I believe
Please help my unbelief

Lord I believe! Help my unbelief
On the mountain top I can see You so clearly
But it's hard to see You moving
In the darkness of this valley
Lord I believe
Please help my unbelief
Oh, I believe
Please help my unbelief
